This question is from my blog and is about my major project and it base on the Operating system and the scale states that a answer to the question is software from the answers  drafted in the chart from participants because software is 50% and hardware is 25% while users are also 25% and the CPU was 0%.

This diagram consist of the scale that shows the answers of an applicant and i made it kind of different from the others because the answer are the same percent and both are 50% but the applicant that picked Operating system is correct.
