google forms

 So far in my blog i have a my questionnaire and it was about the structure of my blog and i picked questioning from my main project and initial ideas i will upload the survey and the chart of my response on my questionnaire. my google forms is made up of  10 questions. 

the question are all from my blog and five of the question was to know about who is answering while the remaining five questions was about my main project Operating system and  i will drop the link for the survey.
